- Where do our days go?
- How often do we say ''where has the time gone"
Its not a matter of where the days or where our time has gone... its a matter of how our days and time have passed ... they have passed unnoticed, unnoticed not by someone else but by us as a result of living our moments, our time, our days routinely.
Not living mechanically (or living in the moment) is easy to say and not so easy to do. It takes persistent effort and a lot of patience. If one lived actively / consciously, as opposed to mechanically/ routinely, one would notice every little detail, he would consiously decide what to do and what to think, instead of merely processing the various thoughts that come to mind and responding to them.
